This Italo-Spanish dish comes from chef-owner Scott McComas-Williams of Ragazzi, a romantic wine and pasta bar in Sydney. Scott was inspired by an Andalusian sauce that he fell in love with during his stint cheffing in the south of Spain — it’s been on the menu since day one and keeps finding its way back.

Food For Everyone is a Melbourne-based creative studio that brings together chefs and artists to transform recipes into collectible artworks. Founded in 2020 as a fundraising project, it now collaborates with artists, chefs, brands and cultural organisations to explore food culture through art, storytelling and shared experiences.

Every poster sold helps provide meals to Australians in need. Food For Everyone are partnered with SecondBite who rescue and redistribute food to charity kitchens around the country. Since 2020, they've donated over $186,000 - that’s around 900,000 meals shared to Australian's doing it tough.

Rose Goodchild - Artist

Rose Goodchild is a Melbourne-based painter who creates realistic paintings using the pointillism method. She spends her days growing produce as a kitchen gardener and the remainder of her time working on her art practice. Her art aims to highlight the intricacies of the objects and settings that surround us in everyday life.

Scott McComas-Williams - Chef

Scott is a master of pasta, heading up the kitchen of Sydney restaurant Ragazzi as executive chef. Hailing from Geelong, Scott began his culinary career under the guidance of Frank Camorra working his way to head chef at MoVida Melbourne and going on to launch a sister MoVida restaurant in Sydney, later venturing to Spain to refine his craft. After, he delved into the art of pasta, culminating in the creation of Ragazzi Wine and Pasta and Fabricca.
