When you place an order with the Museums Victoria Store, Museums Victoria collects your personal information, that is your name, email address, shipping address and phone number, in order to:

• process your order and deliver it to you
• contact you if necessary regarding your order or check about an incomplete order
• conduct surveys, market research and analysis
• add you to the Museums Victoria Store mailing list (if you choose not to opt out at this point), from which you can unsubscribe at any time

If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to process and deliver your order. You are entitled to gain access to the personal information which Museums Victoria has collected about you by contacting Museums Victoria on privacy@museum.vic.gov.au.
