Competition entry - Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement

• The competition opens on 29 January 2026 at 10:00AM AEST. 
• The competition closes on 29 January 2027 at 10:00AM AEST. 
• The competition is open to anyone who updates their preferences for Museums Victoria Store’s weekly e-newsletter. 
• The competition is a game of chance and not skill. 
• Entry is not open to Museums Victoria employees, contractors or volunteers, or people in their immediate families. 
• Multiple entries per participant will not be accepted. 
• To be eligible to win a prize, each participant must update their preferences for Museums Victoria Store’s weekly e-newsletter. 
• There will be twelve (12) monthly prize draws. The prizes include:  
  > One (1) of five (5) Dino Gang Colouring & Activity Book (to the value of $14.95 each) 
  > One (1) of two (2) Museums Victoria Store gift vouchers (to the value of $50.00 each) 
  > One (1) of five (5) adult passes to Melbourne Museum (to the value of $18.00 each) 
  These prizes are not transferable, nor can they be redeemed for cash. 
• There will be twelve (12) prize winners. 
• The competition draw will be conducted on the last Friday of each month beginning 27 February 2026 at 09:00AM and the winner notified thereafter. 
• The prize winners will be drawn randomly from the valid entries.
• The prize winners will be notified via email address.  
• If Museums Victoria, after using all reasonable efforts, cannot contact the winner within 7 days of the prize draw, then they will be substituted via a second draw from the remaining valid entries. 
• Each participant must provide their email address. Museums Victoria will retain records relating to the competition for a period of three (3) years after the finalisation of the competition. 
• Museums Victoria is not liable for any late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries. 
• Museums Victoria reserves the right to verify the identity of a participant to confirm they are the winner. 
• Museums Victoria reserves the right to disqualify entries at its sole, reasonable discretion. 
• Decisions of Museums Victoria regarding the winning of prizes are final and binding. 
• In the event that the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Museums Victoria’s reasonable control, Museums Victoria reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize. 
• Museums Victoria will not disclose any personal information provided by participants to any third party, except as provided for under these terms and conditions, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
