Ostro was shortlisted for the 2018 ABIA ‘Illustrated Book of the Year’ and named in Gourmet Traveller’s ‘Best Food Books for 2017’.  Julia’s second cookbook A Year of Simple Family Food was released in August 2020 and went into reprint before its release date.
